Move consolidates agencies from four buildings into new facility.

Goal: Consolidate approximately 60 people from several City of Vancouver departments from four buildings into one building.


  • Pre-move coordination included working with contractors to coordinate tenant improvements, preparing an adequate switch room, and wiring the building for data and phones from the street as well as to each office.
  • Coordinated move schedule for minimal downtime, including dismantling current systems furniture, taking furniture systems out of storage, and rebuilding offices for start-of-business Monday morning.

Features: Sundeleaf + associates managed all aspects of the move, working in close coordination with the construction company, leasing agent, electric and lighting contractors, City and County personnel for data/phone infrastructure, furniture systems vendor and installer, moving company, and City’s IT department.
