Kerrie Sundeleaf, Owner and President

Kerrie has more than 23 years of experience in almost every aspect of design and facilities and project management. She has long working relationships with many of the Portland area’s largest technology, athletic, and healthcare organizations, as well as government agencies. Kerrie brings her personal passion for a job well-done to every project. Prior to founding sundeleaf + associates, Kerrie spent 7 years at Tektronix as facilities planning coordinator.

Mary Iverson, Design Director

Mary has been with sundeleaf + associates since 1993. Her projects range from government and private sector T.I. work, commercial remodels and new construction to residential projects. As a member of sundeleaf’s strategic planning team, Mary helps guide the firm’s core values and strategic direction. Her strengths include having the vision for “the project”, with the technical expertise to accomplish the vision, and the desire to provide exceptional customer service. Completed "major” projects include: Sonus Clinics in Chicago, Michigan, and Bellevue; tenant improvements for the City of Portland Bureau of Water Works; and Pittman and Brooks accountants phases 1-3.

Amber Greiner, Program Manager/Planner, Interior Design Specialist (Central Oregon Region)

Amber has been with sundeleaf + associates for more than seven years. Prior to her move to Central Oregon in 2001, Amber worked on-site for Nike, Hewlett-Packard, Mentor Graphics, and Tektronix. Amber has a broad range of experience managing both large and small projects covering everything from move coordination and project management to interior design. At Hewlett-Packard, she oversaw a site consolidation project that moved approximately 2,500 employees over a period of six months. She has also developed move procedures and site standards for several clients.

Heidi Nettleton, Program Manager/Planner, Interior Design Specialist

Heidi has more than six years experience as an on-site planner for sundeleaf + associates. Heidi spends her time on-site at Hewlett-Packard in Vancouver, WA, coordinating everything from small daily moves through large moves of 50+ cubicles.

Vonda Van Rooyen, Program Manager/Planner (Mid-Southern Oregon region)

Vonda has been at sundeleaf + associates for 5 years, including 3 years on-site at Sumco USA (formerly Mitsubishi Silicon America) and 2 years on-site at Hewlett-Packard, Corvallis. Vonda has developed and managed programs at both companies, working closely with each client to ensure all projects are completed within site standards, on time, and within budget. As the programs develop and work begins, clients can relax knowing that their needs and expectations will be met. Projects can range from space planning, systems furniture inventory control, and document storage, to everyday office moves and changes.

Joan Cainan, Program Manager/Planner (Seattle, WA area)

Joan has been with sundeleaf + associates since 1995, with a two-year absence from 1996-1998 which she spent as a planner at Hewlett-Packard. A big-picture planner, Joan is also the ultimate detail person, getting everything just right and making sure things happen on-time, on-budget, with super customer service.

Romy Hamilton, Executive Assistant

Romy Hamilton has been with sundeleaf + associates for almost seven years. Romy has over 18 years of experience in administrative support services. She works behind the scenes to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Her duties include assisting Kerrie, managing the office, finances, and Human Resources.

Kristine Hanson, Planner/Project Coordinator/CAD

Kristine is a mover and shaker who has completed numerous projects for Portland-area government, medical, technology, and commercial organizations. Projects that Kristine has successfully managed range from a four-phase office remodel, to multi-phase classroom and office moves, to a complex move of 160 people, including a Primary Care Clinic and Dental Clinic into a new 90,000 sq. ft. facility.

Christin Miner, Planner/Project Coordinator/CAD

Christin is a sundeleaf move manager, responsible for coordinating large moves of 150+ cubicles for a large, Portland-area semiconductor manufacturer over multiple campuses. Christin handles everything from estimates and CAD layouts to working with employees, and was recognized as an Outstanding sundeleaf Employee in 2000.

Kate Younkin, Planner/Project Coordinator

Kate has two years experience working in the facilities environment. Currently, Kate is on-site at Hewlett-Packard in Vancouver, WA, where she interfaces with customers and manages their moves and ergonomic issues on a daily basis. Previously, Kate aided in the coordination of a 1,600-person move, as well as managed small daily moves.

Kyley Quinn, Project Coordinator/Move Technician/CAD

Kyley is the sundeleaf + associates’ equivalent to “Johnny on the spot”. Kyley has been responsible for a variety of projects that range from assisting planners, designing space plans, and creating sundeleaf’s patented Move Communication Cartoon, to managing liquidation projects for local government and city organizations, to acting as Facilities Consultant for Infocus Inc. and Nike. No matter what size or kind of project, Kyley is there, willing to make it work.

Dave Jaber, Project Coordinator/Move Technician/CAD

Dave has assisted in multiple projects at sundeleaf + associates, including furniture liquidation and move implementation. These projects have ranged from small office modular furniture installation to a liquidation project with a $20,000 profit.

Education: Currently enrolled at Portland State University in Portland, OR, working toward a degree in Business.
